Only in a small town would there be an big pinecone (made from a garbage can) dropped from an old, historic hotel in downtown to celebrate the arrival of the new year
We braved the cold with some friends and partied it up :)
There's a 10pm drop for families, thank goodness!
The cone is dropped and the fireworks began -
